Brand Manager Lead

We’re looking for a Brand Manager Lead to guide and grow our marketing function across our amazing portfolio of games. In this role, you’ll lead and support our Brand team—coaching fellow Brand Managers and helping shape how we bring games to life and connect games with players, from that first creative spark all the way to long-term player love.
You’ll work closely with other publishing leads—across production, product, community, and sales - to align strategy, foster clarity, and build the habits and ways of working that help great campaigns thrive. You’ll play a central role in evolving our marketing skills, supporting both the people and practices behind the work.
Responsibilities
As Brand Manager Lead, you will:
- Lead and develop the Brand team across multiple titles—setting direction, coaching individuals, and ensuring alignment across functions
- Facilitate alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders, reducing miscommunication and missed opportunities by proactively surfacing and resolving friction points
- Build and evolve systems and rituals that support clarity, ownership, adaptability, and creative consistency across campaigns
- tailored campaigns that amplify a game’s creative identity and resonate with global audiences
- Own and guide the overall brand marketing strategy and campaign framework
- Monitor engagement and campaign performance across projects; identify risks early and foster habits that support well-being, collaboration, and resilience in the team
- Contribute to company-wide marketing efforts and collaborate with our CMO as a steward of the overall Raw Fury brand
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a sharp strategic mind, a creative edge, and strong leadership background. You likely bring:
- Lots of experience in video game brand marketing, including campaign ownership across multiple titles
- Experience mentoring or leading others
- A proven track record of translating creative ideas into clear strategies, timelines, and deliverables
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- A deep understanding of how to connect games with players across various channels and markets
- Comfort working in a moving environment and shaping structure where needed
- A collaborative, ego-free approach that puts the game and team first
Bonus Points
- Experience in portfolio-level brand planning
- Background in publishing, developer collaboration, or boutique/indie campaigns
- Familiarity with analytics tools and data-informed decision making
