Hello there, amazing person who is reading this. We have some important questions to ask. *ahem* Do you like taking care of business? Risky business? Business socks? Well then, let’s get down to… business.

Raw Fury is seeking a Partners Account Manager/ Biz Dev wizard hybrid to help us bring our games and our brand to audiences all over the world. How? By working closely with our production squad and marketing folks to find new sales and business opportunities for the indie developers we partner with.

The right candidate is a more business-oriented Buffy the Vampire Slayer - or a humble self-starter who can work across departments and feels comfortable with chaos, ambiguity, and things changing constantly. And isn’t afraid of the occasional battle with paperwork. It’s video games after all? 

You’re also curious about that intersection of indie games and business, not being shy to explore new initiatives to help indies soar, and you’re cool wearing a few different hats. Except fedoras. Sorry, we must draw the line somewhere.

Here are some of the items we’re looking for help with (boring list warning – shield your eyes):   

  • Working closely with our cell groups to enhance sales awareness opportunities
  • Building, fostering, and maintaining relationships with third-party partners
  • Assisting partners with onboarding content
  • Assisting with sales accounts management
  • Identifying strategic partnership opportunities within the games industry
  • Traveling to various industry events to seek new opportunities
  • Keeping an eye on business trends and giving them your own spin
  • Planning and setting up promotional activities to achieve business and sales targets
  • Managing product pages and coordinating product launches

If all of the above sounds up your alley, then we’re hoping you possess some of the things bellow (oh no! Another list! What the hell!):   

  • 3+ years of experience with sales and business development
  • Great understanding of business trends within the games industry
  • E-commerce experience
  • Technical understanding of how games are produced
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A passion for all things gaming
  • Being able to yield lvl 99 dark magick with Excel is a plus😊
